• 7 days advanced booking Monday to Friday.  2 Days advanced booking Saturday and Sunday
• Unlimited use of the practice facility  
• Friends and family rate for guests
• Pass holders will have access to self-parking spaces at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler parkade valid from May 1^st-October 31^st 2024
• 50% discount on winter parking passes at The Fairmont Chateau Whistler parkade valid from November 1^st- April 31^st 2025
• 20% discount for a health club membership at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler
• 20% discount of merchandise and food & beverage. F&B discounts include Portobello, Grill Room, Wild flower, Mallard, Chalet, clubhouse and beverage cart
• Bag tag and Pass ID cards
• Complimentary bag storage
• No cart fees
• Friends and family rates at all Fairmont Hotels in North America
• Reciprocal golf rates at many courses including 50% off at Banff Springs and Jasper Park Lodge

   No Show Policy

• First offence with be a verbal warning. 
• Second offence will be a charge $65 No Show Fee per player
• Third offence will result in a charge $65 No Show Fee per player and privileges suspended for 7 days.

Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to a tee time.
• First offence with be a verbal warning. 
• Second offence will be a charge $65 No Show Fee per player
• Third offence will result in a charge $65 No Show Fee per player and privileges suspended for 7 days.
• Exceptions will only be made for weather and medical reasons.

On Course Dress Code

• Collared or mock neck shirts, no t-shirts, sports jerseys or tank tops for men
• Golf or running shoes only, no boots or cleats.
• No denim
• No track suits
• All Passholders are responsible for the appearance of their guests

Alcohol and Smoking Policy

• The consumption of outside alcohol and smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the Golf Course property.
• Any violations will result in immediate pass review

Cart Damage Policy

• All passholders will be responsible for the cart they are riding in. Any damage will be at the expense of both occupants.

Chateau Whistler Golf Club will not be held liable for any personal injury
